Pat McGuire, a Colorado native, is a Real Estate Professional with over 25 years of real estate experience.  Pat began his real estate career in August of 1978, after having been a High School Teacher and Principal for 10 years, in Michigan, Missouri, and Colorado.  In 1978, Pat joined Crown Realty/Better Homes and Gardens, where he was the top agent in the office in 1979, 1980, and 1981.  In 1981, he was promoted to Vice President, Broker Manager. 

Pat joined RE/MAX West, Inc. (now RE/MAX Alliance), in 1985, and is member of the prestigious 100% Award Club and Platinum Club from RE/MAX International, which is based in the sales volume and commissions earned.  Pat McGuire is in the top 1% of all agents nationally and is a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame.  Over the last 25 years, he utilized his experience to educate his clients, helping them make the best decision in their real estate transactions.

Zach joined Pat in real estate in 2002. After 10 years in construction, Zach brings a commitment to working with clients to ensure they're more than satisifed with his work and, as a native Coloradoan, he also provides knowledge of the metro Denver area to his work. Zach is also a member of the 100% Award Club from RE/MAX International.
